The Ghostwriter MAX: It Does Everything Automatically
How do you make the nation’s best autopen machine even better? The Ghostwriter MAX T Series does just this as it builds on the
accomplishments of the workhorse Ghostwriter, and is our current line of automatic feed machines. This line is lightweight and compact,
has a 20 by 20-inch footprint, and weighs only 45 pounds while adding the ability to sign large quantities of
documents…and walk away.
Great for short-staffed offices, these machines automatically feed and sign documents and other items.The paper catch tray is integrated and retractable for manual operation and storage, while the Ghostwriter Max T uses
any writing instrument such as ballpoint, felt-tip, permanent markers, fountain pens, calligraphy pens, pencils…even crayons!
The series features a computerized, dual channel, optical scanner, which enables the machine to locate the correct signing location
every time. There is no need to batch documents based on length, as once setup, the machine will adjust its signing position
horizontally. This model can also be operated manually for small signing jobs.
Due to our proprietary paper transport system, the signing area is 8 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. Each machine features auto-rewrite, adjustable pen pressure and speed adjustment, and a foot pedal to aid manual signing is included..
Ghostwriter MAX T models use a signature smart card or USB flash drive to store signatures and phrases. The signature smart card
stores one signature (writing) file per card and multiple files
can be stored on the USB flash drive. As restricted access to your
signature is important, the dual signing systems security features enable machine operation to be limited. Advanced securty operations allow for machine usage to be tracked by signature file and operator.Signature files can be transferred from the smart card reader to the flash drive directly on the Ghostwriter MAX T. Emailed signature files may also be saved on a USB flash drive from a computer. These encrypted files can also be backed up to a PC to prevent loss.
